N75 valve which one?
Hi I have been having problems with my n75 valve for a month or so now I have had some second hand ones which have workd for a week or so I am going to buy a new one I was just wondering if its worth forking out a extra £20 for a j valve one or a extra £40 for a raceing one off eBay? Any one ever tried one or should I just buy a oem standard one? Thanks phil

Hi,
Hope I can help, I would strongly recommend buying a genuine brand new valve from tps for around £45 I had loads of issues with mine, got a new one and it has been fine, its on a stage 1.5 map. The J valve will overboost, wouldn't go for it personally! Have heard quite a few bad things about them.

I got a valve yesterday from TPS worked great for a day now back to on off on off on off???? I'm thinking dodgey valve of could something else be causing it? Really hope the turbo isn't on it's way out!

mine did it a bit a day after i fitted it , but after about a week of driveing its now mint, i was also looking last night and some people by pass the n75 on the leons etc, not sure how easy this can be

Oryt cheers For all the help Ryan I will give it a week and see what happens I had my mate plug it in too his snap on computer and it came up with a intermittent maf fault signal to low and a cat fault thing but that's because I have a decat pipe on but I have fitted a lambda fooler now so hopefully cleared that for good but if that doesn't cure it looks like a maf sensor next
expensive aswel any one know if you can just get the actuall sensor or do you HAVE to get the full pipe??
