Rear red lights and fk automotive lexus lights.

I notice that some people have white tint / clear rear lights, how do I get that neat effect?

So you dont see ad red or orange apart from when u press the brake or use the indicator and white revesr light.

How can I make my clear white?

I have standard rd lights that i took off and dont use. and i have FK Automtive lexus lights on the rear.
