RNS-510 GPS Aerial fitment

Post by Norbreck21a »

As above really. This weekend, I'll be fitting an RNS-510 Nav unit into the wife's Blue GT, and although I've done this in a few cars (and can code it no problem), I'm just wondering where people have fitted the GPS magnetic aerial ?

If it goes behind the switch panel (above the radio aperture), is this easy to release and get out, or is there an easier location to look at ?

Cheers

Mine is on the front left A pillar at the top. It works great up there too :)
