Can you replace role down windows with elecrtic windows, if so how easy is it?

You can, but its a monster task

new regulators, switches, door wiring loom, interior wiring to get it all working

For whats its worth, its really not worth doing.

From partial experience, I can say that the doors are the easy part, the interior is going to most likely require a dash out job.
Unless you run your own wiring for 12v+, and drivers side switch to the passenger door.
