pollen filter location

Hi all!
My dads Polo SEL TDI is suffering from steamed up windows! Anyone changed the pollen filter and can tell where about it is?

Use the air con. It'll quickly go away!

That's odd that it's not clearing. Does it smell damp?

It does clear but he should not have to keep running the A/C!
