1.6 gti ARC parts into a 1.4 16v

hi,
just been given a 1.6 gti arc engine for free and was wondering if there was any parts of the engine i can transfer into my 1.4 16v that will make some kind of difference ?

on the other hand the engine is also available for spares if anyone is in need

should be able to put inlet and bodie on, maybe for a small gain, maybe injectors, but not sure whether they are much diffrent, but best off to keep it as is
