low clutch point

I have a polo 1.9 tdi a new clutch was put in 12, 000 miles ago. Now it creeps even when clutch is fully down and the bite point is very low down down. Does anyone have any ideas where to start? It also had a new dual mass flywheel put in im just a little stumped. Thank you

Mine was a bit like that a day after it was replaced you literally had to push the pedal really hard for it not to be biting, 20000 miles on and its now really really high although does have a tendency to move.
