Iphone Media In cable

Does anyone know the reference number for the Media In cable for the iPhone 4. (I have RCD 510).

I saw this reference 000051446J but I'm not sure and cost 70€ for a cable (very expensive for a cable).

Just to let you know, the amazon cable works great with iphone 4 and 4s.

Now I have to see what format does it need in the sd card since it don't read the one from itunes.

Is there any guide on how to convert it?
