Custom mapping by Bill @ Badger 5 running 389 BHP.
Head - BAM
New stem seals & guides.
Full Supertech Valve train.
Ported head.
VVT gasket replaced. New rocker cover gasket. New VW head bolts and head gasket.
NGK plugs.
Genesis 550cc injectors
Block
All new gaskets and seals from VW.
New rod and mains bearings.
Wossner 82.5mm pistons with new rings.
Scat Rods using ARP bolts.
ARP Mains bolts.
INA baffled sump.
JabbaSport manifold.
Brand new Turbo Dynamics MDX 555 400 turbo (only covered around 5000 miles). Came with 2 years warranty so covered till August 2014.
All new braided oil and water lines.
Custom 2.5” Pipewerks downpipe and sports cat.
Milltek cat back system.
Custom intercooler kit using Toyosports large front mount and 63mm piping and various Samco joiners.
Custom turbo inlet using 80MM MAF.
80mm JR filter.
Forge 007p with yellow spring serviced with new piston 1000 miles ago.
SAI, N249 & N112 deleted and mapped out.
Various parts of the engine have been powder coated in grey or black and other metal parts painted in silver.
Samco coolant hoses.
Header tank removed and custom inline filler put in.
Fidanza 228mm flywheel.
VR6 Spec stage 3+ clutch.
DA31 external fuel pump using Badger 5 stainless steel push fit connections.
Interior
Full retrim done in Jan/Feb 2012 by Michael @ MJ Interiors.
Half leather (Napa leather) (Warm Charcoal) with red stitching and MK6 Golf/Polo 6R GTI cloth center. Leather door panels with red stitching.
Front seats are Corsa VXR Recaro. Airbags all wired up.
Rears are Polo GTI using Golf MK5 GTI rear headrests.
Golf Mk5 Edition 30 gear knob and steering wheel.
LED interior lights throughout.
NewSouth boost gauge fitted in drivers air vent.
Genuine VW Polo arm rest wrapped in Nappa leather. This is only available in China.
Cruise control.

Smoothed and wire tucked in engine bay.
Gloss B pillars.
Driver’s door de-locked.
