OEM VW LED Number Plate lights

I want some of these for my 2011 SEL Polo, is it as simple as swapping the units over? Will there be any bulb out light warnings?

Can confirm there a straight swap. Possible bulb warning light though.

I've got a set if OEM ones installed. They make it look much more classier! It won't throw a bulb out warning as the numberplate lights aren't part of the Canbus system.

Numberplate lights are linked to the bulb warning light they just both need to be inop at the same time for it to come on
