Mk6 Amber Tail Lights on a Mk7 Polo

Hi Guys

I'm thinking about purchasing a set of Mk6 Amber Tail Lights to replace the stock tail lights on my Mk7 Polo and i was wondering what wiring changes would be needed to be made and if the bulb holder would need to be replaced as well, thank you.
