Removing Headlight Clusters To Replace Bulbs On BlueGT?

Post by Arran »

Following some advice in a different thread I un-clicked the wiring loom and then removed the two bolts holding the light cluster in place however it still would not come out and it was as though something was holding it in underneath?

I didn't want to force it and damage something. Any help appreciated.

Thanks

I bang on about this method all the time but it works.

Place masking/electrical tape under the headlight. To protect the bumper as the light comes out.
What youll find is you put alot of pressure on getting it out, it will slip and scratch the bit of the bumper under the light.

Let me know if that makes sense, if not i will locate my thread i did which gives you a step by step.
