Newer Polo's have different exhausts?

Hey everyone,

My polo is a 2010 and I was toying with buying the RLINE front and rear style bumpers (are they lower than the original models as I might have to buy side skirts too then

) and I noticed that on the back of more recent Polo's the exhaust pokes out of hue he left hand side.

In the back of mine I have no exhaust? So if I put on the rear bumper I'd actually probably end up with a random hole where the exhaust should be? It's kind of put my plans on hold. . But just wondering is this actually the case? How do early Polo's not have an exhaust pipe and what did the early RLine models look like. Did they also not have the exhaust pipe?

You could get an Rline style rear bumper, which have no cut out, as the styles only have the 1.2 60ps and 70ps engines afaik? I thought the rlines with tsi engines had the exhaust because of the turbo? Please correct me I'm wrong anyone but this is what I thought?

Cheers man! Yeah that looks like it'd fit! I guess I was maybe hoping my current bumper just hid the exhaust and if I bought a new bumper it would show it and I could get a chrome shiney bit lol. But unfortunately not!

I think they look too much like the standard one to even bother with now

I've switched to the front of the car and am considering a Blue GT bumper (which I think is pretty much the same as the facelift polo) or the Polo WRC front bumper which would look awesome but i think you'd also need new front wings. :S

So much choice!!!

I love the wrc front bumper! I am unsure of the wings situation?

Apparently the WRC bumper will be insanely expensive. I've asked the dealer for a quote!

If it is super expensive what other kind of different cool bumpers are there. Blue GT looks a wee bit stale even though it appears to be the standard bumper on facelift models. Other times it looks great though!!!
