Trip computer

Post by Roundsquare »

Is there anyway I can find out if our 12 plate Polo has the ability to have the stalk with the function button added and therefore give us the info on the DIS?
Do all 6r Polos have this built in but just don't have the stalk to actually access it?
I have a vag.com lead as no doubt it would need coded as well if it can be done.

If your cluster has a 6 in the 2nd from last then you would need to add the stalk and 3x wires and code it

960, 961, 962

I have a 6R stalk for sale

Cheers Eddie. Yes I could be interested in this depending on how easy it is to do.
Where's the best place to look for the cluster number?

Cheers

you will need to use VCDS to look at the part number or take it out

you will need to take the steering wheel off to change stalks
