Need help; urgent.

Went to volkswagen to get the top of my wing mirror replaced (just the plastic bit); Payed 45 quid and it was meant to have been in candy white. However when I went to pick it up it was another guy who said they can't get them in colours and it will be another 65 quid to get it sprayed etc. I'm not away to pay 100 odd quid for a small bit of plastic so anyone know where I can get them in white? Seen few on eBay but none in candy white. Thanks. I've got a polo tsi 105ps 60 plate.

65 to get it sprayed is a joke. My local VW approved bodyshop did it for 25 quid plus VAT! You are getting screwed at that price

They dont come coloured any more - this was just a short production run.

They only come in primer so need spraying.

Ah okay, think i'll buy the cheaper version of ebay and see if there's anywhere around here that will do it for a bit cheaper. Thanks pal.

I will say that the quality of the ebay ones is disputable. Its nowhere near as good quality plastic or moulding as the genuine one.

Could spray it gloss black yourself? and then likewise with the other one. Always look good on a white car.
