Hi- i'm new here so not too much hate please!
Recently bought my first car, 6n2 W reg polo 1.4 SOHC, and looking to put in some new plugs, air filter etc..
Anyway, upon reading my Haynes manual to remove the engine cover/air cleaner, it mentions removal of a vaccum pipe on the right hand side (as you look at the engine), mine however does not appear to have one anywhere in the engine and is just left disconnected. The car run's absolutely fine and haven't had any problems, if anyone could shed some light on what this does it would be much appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

Re: Engine Vacuum pipe
Welcome
There should be a vacuum hose that goes from the top of the rocker cover into the air filter as the manual states
Post up a photo with the engine cover removed
