Quaife diff

Hi Guys, just to let you know the facts re fitting an LSD.

I am tracking a Polo 9N3 GTI 08 with 240bhp and 300ft lb of torque. I have driven most of the UK tracks in this car, the Nurburgring and Spa later this year. One thing that has always stood out is trying to put the power down out of certain bends with the car just spinning up the inside wheel. I decided to have a Quaife lsd fitted. APS removed the gearbox, Stealth Racing stripped the box and contacted Quaife re a lsd for said box. Their 02J lsd was the correct diff, but my crown wheel had to be removed from my diff sent to Quaife and machined to fit their diff. 2 weeks later all is returned to Stealth who rebuilt the box with new 1st and 2nd synchro and a taller 5th gear, now 3000rpm is 80mph. The car is transformed, no torque steer, no running wide on bends, just digs in and drags you round. A large investment, but for this car and what I am doing with it I would say essential.

What sort of suspension mods, as i have a similar amount of power and i think its enough but i think i need to uprate the chassis and if your running a track car i wondered what sort of stuff you have

It really is a weekend fast road car with the occasional track day. I run strait forward Koni sports with Eibach fast road springs. KW front anti roll bar, no rear. It sits a bit high for some but is does the job! Tires are ADO8s.

I need a diff fitting asap running 270 bhp just makes it hard work in the corners is there not a lsd that is a direct fit?
