Polo 9n exhaust issue

A light came on, on my dash board a while back and then went off, on this day it was a little went and since the issue has gone away.

Tonight the light below has come on



And there is now a slightly tinny rattle when it is sat on tick over, do I need to go to a garage or what?

Could be the internals of your catalytic converter starting to go. Or a broken exhaust mount. I think it will be your cat though.
