ENTERNAMEHERE's 6R Polo 1.2 Tdi

Post by ENTERNAMEHERE »

So. I was looking to trade in my wife's Audi A3 1.6 TDI for something a little newer. The Audi had covered 110,000 on a 10 plate so I felt it was time to get her an upgrade.

Showed her this. She was more excited than when I proposed!

Deal was done and she was a happy bunny. However. It turns out that I like driving it too so I've been driving it more than she has!

This is the Polo now.

Sizing up my Gumtree purchase. Refurbished and tyres ordered.

Springs required I think!

Thanks. Really love the wheels. They are very similar to the R WRC.

Agreed, I wouldn't mind seeing a few pics of the R - Was there any reason you wet sanded the front bumper? :o

Hi folks. As requested. A few Mk7R pics.

Day 1

Day 2
Optional 19" wheels from Germany.
Remap - In my opinion, not all that quick. But it's all relative I suppose. It's a fantastic around car. Not as quick as some I've had, but it's a very capable package.

Such a shame that they don't offer the 19" Cadiz in the UK as these look so good. Apparently they also offer different shades of blue (apart from the Lapiz and Deep blue) similar to the shade of Rising blue used on the MK6 R.
