Yes, they will fit your car.
It's quite a drop from standard, so if you're pairing with the dampers already on your car, they may not be at their best as some travel will already have been taken up by the lowering. Shorter stroke sport dampers would be best with them.
Don't forget to get your wheel alignment checked too after fitting, as components are disturbed during install.

but they will work with standard dampers? and hopefully in future I upgrade them?

Yep they'll work with your standard dampers, and the upgraded ones too, as long as the new dampers are the right ones for your car
