H&R 25/40 or 35/55??

Post by Scaniastu »

Planning on lowering my Polo and wonder what the best springs would be to use with 17inch alloys. I don't want too harsh a ride. Any recommendations on wether to use H&R 25/40 or 35/55? Do the 25/40's give a nice enough drop?

I have a 2010 6R with 17" vw Motorsport alloys, and I went with the H&R 25/40. I can say the ride is a lot more harsh than stock, but i personally prefer the feel. Steering feels much better, and the car looks sweet, much better than the stock stance.

Do you any pics to give me an idea on the drop those springs would give?

I do yes, I tried attaching them before but I'm new to the forums and must've done it wrong haha! I'm not sure how to attach an image as silly as it may sound.
