Hi!
I have seen these Climate Control panels on this website and wondered if they are Plug & Play?
I currently do not have Climate control so the word "Upgrade" throws me off a bit.
I have the 087 BCM in my TSI

Secondly, which one will fit my Polo 6R TSI?
Thank you!!!!
Are these plug & play?

No. The automatic air conditioning is a completely different system. The entire air con system would need replacing.

Re: Are these plug & play?
I have just had the manual control unit in the dash of my 2014 Ford Transit Custom replaced by a new automatic climate control unit and it works fine. The dealer only swapped the dash-mounted control unit, nothing else. It must be a completely different setup in the Polo.alexperkins wrote:No. The automatic air conditioning is a completely different system. The entire air con system would need replacing.

Is there wiring in place for it to be connected in the polo? I know in fords they generally put all wiring in place for all the extras but only dropped things like fogs and climate control in if you had upgraded spec levels etc

Re: Are these plug & play?
Vw used to but in recent years they've stopped doing it and do a different loom for each setup to save on wiring costs
