"hiccup" in third...

Hey,
Sorry for posting twice in advanced but I figured I should since it's two separate issues.

While I am accelerating in third gear I can feel the car sort of well.. hiccup... It's as if it is misfiring or something? but the car continues on as normal so I'm not sure how to pin point the cause.

Also not completely sure its just third gear, It's just that is the gear I am usually accelerating in.
