Head gasket gone! Engine swap help

Right head gasket went the other night and need to swap engine I have a donor car lined up.. It's a 1.4 16v mine is a 1.4 8v
What parts do need to take out of donor car? The donor car is a P reg and mine is a V reg.. How easy it going to be? And what looms need changing. Need help
