(J387) is window regulator motor.
T10v is a coupling.

Driver's door: Three wires.

-T10f/4-------to------- T16g/15 (J386)
-T10f/2-------to------- T16g/14 (J386)
-T10k/8-------to------- T16g/12 (J386)

(J386) is window regulator motor.
T10f is a coupling.
T10k is switch connector door mirrors.

It's an easy deduction if you look at the pictures.





J386, J387 are the motors of the windows (dark blue in the pictures above)

According to the manual:
T28a/20 driver's door
T28/20 passenger door

This is the electrical signal of Central locking, in both doors.
You can locate this wire into the connector (T28, numbered) next to hinges of the doors.
