right parking light fuse

So I've changed my headlights from H7 halogen to xenon.
Used ciclo-power to wire all the stuff.

Recently also the tail lights have been changed from 6R to 6C tail lights. Meaning they went form 5W to 21W.

Now a few days after the last change, the right side parking light is not working anymore.
A warning shows up on the dash (convenient of course).

I'm suspecting the fuse but I'm not able to find a blown fuse in the fuse box.
But there is no mentioning which fuse it should be. Does anyone know where to look (either for a manual that mentions it or the fuse itself)

update:

fuse 21 10A is the fuse.
this fuse is working correctly, but contols both left and right parking lights.

anyone had a different idea about what to do?

Is there power to the bulb holder?

no, no power to the parking lights on the right hand side, both front and back (measured with the bulb in the older)

left does work fine

vcds also shows an error only for the right side

Is yours a BCM model or are your lights fed from the headlight switch direct?

its a bluemotion so i'm assuming the lights go trough the bcm

I hope for your sake that it is a fuse and not a blown transistor in the bcm.

You shouldn't really play about with electrics if you don't know the consequences.

it's definetely not a fuse, it is one fuse to control both sides.

Youll have to do some testing with VCDS on the monitoring for the BCM to see if the outputs are activating for the parking lights.

There are many factors to consider.

Equipment retrofitted and connected to the iichel's BCM:

- Xenon headlighs OEM (without cleaning and leveling systems)
- Taillights 6C with parking lights 21w (6R = 5w) OEM
- Light sensor and dimming interior mirror. OEM
- Autolights. OEM
- Capacitors to prevent flashing of the LEDs. NOT OEM
 ... and much other equipment that I think has no influence on parking lights.

The electrical installation of the parking lights was improved:
- Before, parking lights, front and rear on the same side, were powered by a single electric line. (as 6R with halogen headlights)
- After, and precisely to avoid high power consumption on the same electric line, parking lights, front and rear on the same side, were separated in two different electrical lines, exactly as in other VW models and as 6R with xenon headlights from factory.

Besides all this must be added that recently were installed and uninstalled halogen headlights due to other reasons. (temporarily)

This is what I know so far.

The strange thing about all this is that the current failure is in the two parking lights on the same side. I suspect it is a software bug of BCM.

BCM must have the necessary protection systems to prevent its own failure. However, it is likely to happen due so many disassembly and assembly.
We hope for his sake that is not the case.

i have measured all wiring and concluded that the problem came from bcm

this morning i went to my dealer and they concluded the same. they offered me a free replacement
they are suspeciting a software failure and say that due to the OEM nature of the retrofit, this was not likely to be a problem.

iichel, im glad you solved your problem, however we do not know why it happened.

I want to mention that because volkswagen constantly evolving their (old and new) electronic systems is very convenient to go to the dealer from time to time to update the electronic systems and not just when we have problems with them. Currently, vw dealers have better tools to make these updates quickly and efficiently. I checked it personally.

This will improve the performance of the systems of the car.
A different question is mechanical parts ... where you can not plug a computer
