I had read that the GTI and 1.6 tdi shared brakes, that was wrong. Had a look and my 1.6 tdi has carriers integrated into the hubs so need to swap hubs too to fit the 312mm discs and calipers. Probably won't be worth it if im not going to track it, might do it in the future though as I've got a remap and dpf removal planned.Josherswilson wrote:

Ah right yeah probably not worth the hassle. Just try upgraded pads and grooved discs maybe?
