between a 06-09 plate and sensibly priced on auto trader private sellers seem more that traders.

All depends on year etc, basically the going rate

Around £6000 but that would have to be for a white one and one she would want to keep, ideally I don't want her spending that much on car as chances are probably going to add odd scrape, as first car

Or maybe a older one not too fussed on car then but around half that price, to get her familiar to driving, first car.

She likes skoda fabia monte, but struggling to get one, she kind of likes polo but white if going for a newer one.

My concern is the 1.2 tsi some have timing chain issues, believe similar to that in polo

Its daughters first car, im thinking she should go just for a run around but must be reliable, where as she has other ideas.
