Is it the trim that clips on to the lower sill? It should just clip in to place if it's deformed you may need to remove the panel and then push it back in.

take out the screw at the end in the wheel well and then you must pull it up, press in and push down again to get it to hook on the railing underneath. And then put put the screw back in place.

Just make sure it doesn't come off more than it all ready have.

I had the same problem with mine , because the one time I didn't keep an eye on the guy who put the car on a lift he hid the sideskirts...
