Cruise Control Retrofit Fitted But Not Working

Hi guys,
as title suggests I have fitted cruise control to my Polo 6r with genuine VAG parts but it is not working.
I have activated CCS through Engine 01 - Coding 07 via VCDS but still no joy.

I then did some digging and looked at the Adv. Meas. Values and looked the cruise control values and found that even though the switch on the stalk is 'ON' it says its actually 'OFF' on the Value.

Am I right in thinking the switch may be faulty or some kind of wiring fault?

or is it something that I don't know about on VCDS ?

Enters the Gateway (address 19),
click installation list,
disables all of the equipment (address) that does not have your Polo 6R to clean autoscan faults,
for example these address:

I looked at BCM -09 Cent. Elect --> Byte22 Bit4 and it only has

bit 5 Assistant Driving Light(ADL) Active
bi6 6 Interlock Display (Clutch Message) In Instrument Cluster Active

( sorry, cant insert Pictures)

I didn't change the BCM but the BCM in my polo is already capable of accepting cruise control

I have change the bit value in the binary box as suggested and the original '20' changed to a '30' but I havnt got the bit numbers from 0 - 7 down in a line and also made no effect to the cruise control.
I would happily post images of my screen but I cant add attachments.

The only thing you get after VCDS change is the 30 value in hexadecimal box.
You will have to check if the wiring is fitted in the correct slots (pins fully inserted on connectors).
