Tyre monitoring system reset

Hi all

The tyre monitoring system light came on my dash last week and as i knew i was going to change the nearly worn front tyres this week, i just left it and have been driving around with the light on.

Today i have had the tyres replaced and have checked all the tyres PSI's
i switched on the ignition, pressed the "set" button in the glove box until i heard the beep........ But the light is still on and wont turn off....

What do i do now?

Do it again with the engine running. Sometimes it takes two attempts to set.

Ah thanks Alex,

Sorted now... I obviously didn't give it enough time... Held the button down before I switched on ignition, then kept it pressed for about 7seconds.. The light flashed twice then went off...
