This instrument cluster is right for your 1.4.

and I would also change speedometer in my Polo...
So which of this is better choice? C or E? :?:

Hi warder,
I do not know what is the best option, E model is an update of C model.

Bad news.
It has not been possible to adapt BCM 7E0 at the VW dealer to activate "Light Assist" on my Polo 6R, according to my VW dealer, the ODIS program does not allow this option when is introduced my VIN.
I am considering alternative programs, I think it will be the best option.

Another new delay for "Light Assist" on my POLO 6R ... :P

I have not yet achieved positive results, my tools are very limited, "at this moment"... the results will arrive before or after.

By the way, T73a/9, for Emergency Brake Button... (VW Up, Seat Mii...)

Hi Ciclo,

Wanted pick your brains on how to hardwire in dash cams. Looked at the fuse box, don't have a multimeter but thought perhaps you may know what empty one i should connect it to? I can send a pic? Its to power cameras when ignition is off, for the motion sensor when parked.( i had someone smash into my last car when parked and they just drove away, I came back to my car and saw the damage, cost me £700) so trying to prevent same from happening again. I have both front and rear cameras. I have the new 6c polo GTI. Instructions say just to wire it to the interior lights or hazards, but that seems unsafe to me and would prefer it to have its own dedicated slot! So if I get a fuse tap adapter, to connect to the uninterrupted power supply that came with camera, not sure what amp i should go for ( the camera instructions states max 250v/max 2amp) but see a lot of people use different in some cases 20amp on vids and such i have watched. Any pointers much appreciated, thanks!

Hi sudsonsundaze, sorry I have no electrical diagrams Polo 6C.
Your GTI 6C have RVC from factory, right?, so you should connect the front camera (power supply) in the same fuse (output) for RVC, the fuse value should be the same (current) if the two cameras are not active simultaneously.

Thanks ciclo and iichel. Em, are you talking about a front camera to work with the rear view camera for parking? What i have is 2 dash cameras that i have installed myself and use but i have to hardwire it in to get the motion sensor to work when ignition is off. ( so the cameras record people or objects near/hitting your car) Not really wanting to piggy back fuses on the hazards or anything that works when ignition is off, rather it had its own place so to speak. Perhaps i will have go get access to a multimeter to check? unless you know what one(s) are safe to run off?
