It is clear that you have attached the original cables into couplings (black and red) incorrectly, or wiring is improperly manufactured...
By other hand, you would not have to cut any cable of automatic light wiring, the wires to pins 1 & 37 should not be cut, they are both required for installation.
For your security the best is manufacture new wiring.
First option:
I can manufacture the perfect wiring for you, as a special favor. On Monday first thing I send it to Netherlands or where you tell me... It take 5 days for delivery... most times less...
Best price at any part of the world: 65 € by Paypal, full safety. (included Paypal fees)
Shipping to Europe with tracking and registered: 10 € (you can check in http://www.correos.es)... yes, damn shipping costs ... but this way you ensure that you receive your order.
Total: 75 €.
And all your problems... with the lights
Second option:

Remove the wiring (totally), repair the wiring, and install properly without make mistakes with the slots...
I check the coding of your BCM... free
Re: ciclo's Polo. R-line 1.2 TSI 90hp 119gr.
Thanks for your reply ciclo..
I can post an entire autoscan for you.. here or to your email..
This wirng has been manufactured bij iichel, somebody you know personally i guess..
I would not doubt his creativity,i must say..
I can check the wiring once again..
To buy a new wiring, is not the priority for me at this moment..
I just paid similar price for this cable set..
I cut one ofthe cables, to turn off the engine as it must be..
What coding ofthe BCM do you mean exactly?

I tried to do everything you guys said but without success. Pressing the button ON / OFF / NEXT error appears. This problem started when I tested the new instrument panel and the ABS module was in error. The instrument panel and the ABS module will be incompatible?
I thank all possible aid.

If the wiring was made by iichel surely it is well made.Rud031 wrote:Thanks for your reply ciclo..

1- Remove the wiring, check with a multimeter (wire by wire). Repair if necessary.
2- Check the correct assignment of wires in the slots of black and red connector. Point-15 of this guide: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2nv91 ... E1bk0/edit
3- Install the wiring again following the instructions above.
Post here your autoscan (FULL), I will check all codings.
Deletes the five last digits of the VIN, if you want. (this is the only thing that identifies you personally, everything else are technical datas only)
Paste autoscan and select all your autoscan with the left mouse button, click on "code".
For example, this is my VIN:
Code: Select all

As you are not able to solve the problem with VCDS, it is best that you install the instrument cluster you bought in a workshop. I guess you bought it to install in your 6R, "someday" it has to be installed.gti16 wrote:I tried to do everything you guys said but without success. This way you will fix the problem at same moment, but... on the other hand, did you read this?

Maybe you should contact potatodog before installing that instrument cluster in your 6R.

Ruiter91, "good job"... enjoy!, 100 euros/software is a good price for a excellent improvement on your R-line.
Logically, potatodog is the master.

I like to do things, and go to a workshop is one of the last things to do.
Does a VW workshop make all necessary settings? Km change, change the center image for polo, make the mistake of ABS?
On the cable K + I can, already seen too much on google but if anyone knows that cable have to buy and which to work was easier

A dealer/workshop VW can not change used instrument clusters. Only new.
gti16, the only one in this world who does "all" that you said above to your instrument cluster(Amarok) is potatodog.
Please think about this in a reasonably manner
, if you are not able to make the basic settings in ABS brakes with your VCDS cable probably will be quite difficult for you to get install the instrument cluster by yourself.
In many Portugal forums about VAG there are many people who know and have the necessary tools to install a instrument cluster.
The only easy things in this life are those in which you do not need to ask ... and not always ... I guess
Lately I'm watching this tool: http://www.vag-tech.eu/vag-can-professional
It seems to be a good tool for the future.

Re: ciclo's Polo. R-line 1.2 TSI 90hp 119gr.
Another picture of my project, for now I'm waiting for better diagnostic tools.

Does anyone know a good forum dedicated to the VW Transporter (T6)? Rather, does anyone have a VW T6 with HBA, also has VCDS and wants to share with me the Adaptation map from BCM?
A curiosity, the Address 44 no is checked in the Gateway for VW T6...
I know it's important the yaw angle but now with this curiosity 'm now confused
.
Curiously... I also want comment that the ring of the steering column 6R0959654 is the same as for the 6R (Address 04). Will it be the different software?

But ... From where comes this instrument cluster? 7000-8000 red rpm. BlueGT is from 6000 to 8000 red rpm.iichel wrote:looks very similar to my car...![]()
