Interior bulb help.

My car is the 6R , Made 2013 with the 1.4 Petrol engine.
I was wondering what light bulbs would i buy to change the interior lighting to a bright white ?. P.S. ''error free'' bulbs.
And also how do you take the covers of the interior lighting in the front and back ?.
Would be nice if you guys could link me the bulbs and a guide how to take the plastic cover off to change the bulbs.
