Thinking of taking it to the dealers. My 8 year old Fiat Grande Punto never had this issue and it has the headlights a lot more exposed to the elements on the upper part of the body.
I'm getting it in my headlights mate , when washing the car .. Keep meaning to take it to the dealers to get looked at ..
I think there's been a post before but I can't remember what the answer was. On the 3 doors are the seats supposed to stay in position when they're tipped forward?

9 nearly 10 weeks ago.. Due to be built this week. I notice there's a few used ones popping up around now online and at VW dealers. Check for a used one first mate save yourself the wait and money! Only reason I ordered a new one was I've fully spec'd it up with just about every option
I was 13 weeks ago, due to build this week but tracker hasn't changed to building yet...
Anyone got the part number for the small metal GTI part that goes onto the bottom of the key that is standard with the new golf GTIs? I'm gonna ask the dealer to supply one with the car but I can't remember where I saw the part number.
The silver part on the key on the left is what I'm looking for.

Coming up to 12 weeks myself. Tracker states build starts week commencing 4th but email says week commencing 11th, asked my dealers and they said that it was to start on the 11th and not the 4th so prob the same with you mate.

161349422150 £12 on eBay, dealer said they only come with golf etc so no harm in ordering it from eBay instead of trying to get dealers to sort it.

Not yet, like I say I got given two dates and looks like it's not due to start till Monday as apposed to Monday just gone so imagine yours will start Monday too. Read that it's about 3 or so weeks from build date till delivery so not long really

Probably didnt' word that well, when I tilt them forward to get in the back they don't stay tilted so I have to hold them in place if that makes sense?

Haha it will go quick, I try and forget about it and try and just think each weekend is a step closer haha.
