Water leak

Right iv got in the car a few days ago and noticed a small amount of water on the mat in thr passenger side at the front. Didnt think much of it as just looked like a drip possibly from condensation. However noticed it again the other day and the mat was soaked and the carpet underneath is now damp. Any ideas? 2010 3dr 1.2 tsi. Iv poured water on the windscreen and cant seem to see any leaks. The water is seems to have dripped on central as though its dripped down from off the rear of the dash

I had exactly the same symptoms, starting with my noticing a minor drip from behind the dash onto the front passenger carpet - cause turned out to be a leak through a gap in the windscreen seal(ant) so re-sealing windscreen cured leak. Fortunately all remedial work covered under warranty.
