Front Bumper removal, wing replacement

Polo 2007. My son kindly whacked the front wing on my polo. I have sourced a replacement wing in the correct colour from a scrappy and need some help in getting it on the car. So I am looking for advice on:

Removal of front bumper. Torx screws on the top of the bumper but what else?
Removal and replacement of front wing.

Any advice much appreciated.

I seem to remember that you need to release some inside the wheel arch liner, why not grab a Haynes manual, cheaper than breaking something?
