You just need to route the cable behind the glove box, up the pillar trim into the space behind the interior light. If you haven't installed a mic previous, you'll need to break off the insert for the mic on the required side and fit.

I've just installed a RNS315 into my 2011 Polo 6R, I have also bought an OEM microphone that is supposed to be installed in the interior light. Can someone let me know where this can be installed if the interior light doesn't have any inserts to break off? Do I need to upgrade the light as well? Cheers
