mmmm, 115 hp, 1100cc... can i have one of those mummy... just tweak it somehow to drop 57cc so i dont need to send off an altered V5 and start paying extra tax

theres a bedford rascal near me powerd by a yamaha r1 1000cc motor and also a fiat 126 with a fiat uno turbo motor in it they appently are very fast
