6C Blue GT Sump Capacity

Hi all,

I am due and oil change so I decided to save some money and carry it out myself.

Firstly, what is the capacity of the sump? I have a 2015 (64 plate) 6C Blue GT.

Also, should I opt for the Castrol 5w-30 or the Castrol Longlife 5w-30?

Should Be 4 liters.

Personally i go for Castrol 0w-30, but i plan on changing every 15.000km.
