Polo 6R - add washer headlight

Hi everyone. I have a VW POLO 6R 2011 highline version. I don't have washers headlight. Has anyone installed a whole mechanism washer lamp for his Polo?
What parts do I need?

you also need the covers of the washers and a new bumper, that is not included.
it does include the level sensor and connector

I need an electrical schematic how to connect 7M0 919 376 sensor was vloeistof + 7M0 973 202 connector sensor in my Polo 6R

Is there any way you can get hold of 6R0 807 941/2 B/D and use your existing bumper?
They are headlight washer holders.

One wire to the T32/17 of the instrument cluster. The other to the ground.
