Tyre help please

Hello everyone ty for looking,

I've a 6n1 polo, in need of two front tyres, below is a link to a brand (Nokian Weatherproof) i would really like to get, am impressed with rating. She's on 13" factory alloys, one of which is a bit kinked (can feel light shudder on steering wheel & see flat spot on tyre), so will be putting a steely on driver front (couldnt find another single alloy@reasonable price, heck i might put the whole lot on steelys). Anyway, there are 3 different size variety within the 13" selection, so if folks would please tell me which of them would safely &comfortably fit on the FRONT wheels (and equally fit well on vw alloy & steel), i'm guessing the rears would take any 13"er. I do prefer the wider tyres if poss, gives a bit more 'oomph' to the look

175/65/13 is what you want though a 175/70/13 would be ok. Itll just throw your speedo a little.

Ok, great thank you. For my own reference, 'speedo thrown out', will i be going a bit faster or slower than what it says at eg 60kmph/ 37mph and 100kmph/62mph?
