I never knew antifreeze was such a mine field.
Comma do 2 similar priced products, both red, both concentrate, both longlife.
One is traditional, one is organic.
Anyone know owt about this stuff? What do VAG put in?

Re: Glycol Vs OAT ?
You want OAT which is the red/pink one
Glycol isn't recommended for aluminium blocks
Genuine VW G13 coolant isn't much more

Re: Glycol Vs OAT ?
Genuine G13 is horrendous money, where are you buying it?
ECP do 5l of pre-mix G13 equiv. for £11 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/331042350760
At least with pre-mix do don't have to worry about deionised water.
I was hoping for something that would also suit my 406, wifes 106 & my Connect van.
Looks like I was off with the fairies again.

Re: Glycol Vs OAT ?
I get it from TPS so trade prices
As for the premix yeah that's a good alternative
There's no reason you can't use it as an all rounder as it's just a good quality OAT mix
