Easy to check and reassure yourself; The top edge of the bumper is the correct profile to accommodate 6r / 6c Polo headlamps. If you Google 'Golf mk6' and 'Golf mk7' and check the images, you'll see the headlamp shape of the Golf is wrong to fit flush against the bumper, so as CNK has confirmed, bumper is for the Polo.
