Scratch in front bumper FIX ??

Is there any way that i could maybe buff that up and polish to make it more suddle and not so flashy as it is now ?.
Im holding of geting it professionally fixed since im going to order a new R bumper.

Any suggestions on this scratch ?.

Sorry but the major of 'scratches' in that video were paint from the other persons car, the real ones stayed.

best way to fix is just compound to try and 'flatten' the areas around them and then polish since they're abrasive, or since the paint's a dark colour and it's pretty much the underside of the bumper use a bit of tyre blackener
