A new mobile..
I'm looking at getting a new mobile to replace the crap nokia 6210 I currently have (which keeps turning off).
Despite having nokias for years I have been looking at a sony ericsson. Theres the T610, T630 and K700i which stand out to me, but I've seen and heard mixed reviews of them all.
Does anyone have one or any opinions of these phones ?

Hmm... It all depends on what you're after really.
I had Nokias too (for the most part), starting with a 5210, followed by a 8210 and a 6510. When my 6310i got stolen last month, I didn't think long before buying another. I love it. It's old fashioned and big but it works great. I can live without color screens and 'music like' ringtones... I have to say that having a Cark91 influenced my decision somewhat.
Maybe it means I'm a grown up now.

Still using a Nokia 3210
But I have my reasons......
- Proper car kit installed in the LC 3210 specific Craddle
- Took ages to find a set of front and rear covers with a wood finish that a)didn't look plastic and b) matched the wood in the LC - haven't seen any good ones for more modern phones
- It's not so small I lose it all the time - in fact it's a bit of a brick
- It's got big buttons so when I do txt I don't cover multiple keys with me big clumsy fingers
- I like the ringtone to sound like a ringtone not like a radio - besides that it's Layla by EC and I don't know anyone else who has it - so no "is that my phone?" moments
- If I want to take digital pictures I'll use a camera

Its ok for saving phone numbers, But for the pictures it doesnt actually hold anywere near as much as what some other phones do, I find the menu isnt the easiest to navigave around, but for texting its great. I also tend to hit several buttons when texting but this phone helps out a bit compared to my own (which is an old nokia, not sure of the model)

pictures are terrible on a T610.
if good pictures are what you want take a look at the motorla V600, not to big and not to small, buttons are a bit flat but its a nice phone, and not to hard to get on with. text messages are a bit bent on it. go to phone shop and see if you can play about with a few they sell. i think nokia are bringing a few new phones out soon, might be worth checking their website or something.
im still using my nokia 7650. now that is a brick!

I've got a v600, and yep, its a bit odd. Good camera, design and a nice weight to it, unlike it's competitors (Panasonic x70, Samsung wotsit). Menus are a bit strange when you've had a Nokia for over 2 years beforehand but when you get used to it, its a good phone. However I'd have had a Sony-Ericsson T630 if I'd thought about it a bit more!

3330 here..... only thing i'd really add to it.... more memory space for messages... and some kind of polyphonicness. gonna get that if i ever get round to buying the phone a mate upgraded to last year (and hence sold me the 3330
, as theyve got another upgrade to something that seems just the same but with a rather naff camera built in...
cuz, what else do you actually need? thats the only things "wrong" with the 3330... buzzy tones (well, actually, "too short" tones that dont repeat) and only 10 message slots/180 number slots, both of which are stone-age and unforgivable - damn things always full up and i have to roll dice to decide what to delete.
(well, a phone operator that didnt cock up as much as orange does would be nice)

I actaually went and bought one of those 3pay phone which was a NEC 313, If some people thought their phones were bricks this would have to be described as a wall.
The phone its self was really really good, The pics were fantastic, Video footage was also very good, Memory was excellent, 3mail was great, I got FREE poly ringtones and background pics (sent through mail). Only problem (and it was a big one) was the network.
