Next addition - opinions please!

Post by Nlolotte »

Hi guys,

Need opinions.

Recently I've been doing little upgrades on my Polo R Line. So far I have:

GTI Cluster
Lowered 25/40
Gloss black front grilles
Debadged rear
Footwell lighting
Auto headlights
and other minor cosmetic upgrades

So I've been working my ass off and have alot of money coming in this payday - as a result should
A - upgrade to GTI HID headlights
B - upgrade mirrors to autofold
C - get front and rear diffuser smoothed and painted gloss black
D - buy an RNS 510

Opinions please people!

It's not an easy fix to install LED headlights. Needs new ECU and changes to the wiring.
And don't get the GTI ones. They have a red line in them. Get the regular chrome ones. :)

Remapping. My tsi1,2 90bhp is now up to 138bhp, 220nm, 88kw and thats about 80% of potentiale. New wheels maybe but keep it cleen. Your Rline is perfekt looking.

There are ed35 reps out there, i've seen 18"s on ebay but i'm sure some of the dealers should be able to supply 17"s in the correct fitment if you ask?

Benji58 on this forum has a set of 17" ed35 replicas on his Polo, so replicas are available in the correct figment for the 6R/6C Polo. I think they look really good :cool:. Link to thread with photos below;
