The Focal IS165 for VW, just wanted to find out if any active members are happy with them. There are one or two threads on them but not really a review on them.
I've also looked into the JBL GTO's

These have good reviews from what I've read on the internet but I have no idea what a "crossover" is and if they would even fit in the car (I know the door speakers are 6.5" but it's the depth of the speaker I'm unsure about and mounting them). The Focal speakers are plug and play but I've no idea on sound quality, and I've no idea what I need to do for the JBL GTO's (Crossover, preamp, amplifier makes no sense to me lol)
Any advice would be really appreciated
