I take it that your car is standard height? Do you mean that the tyre rubs the plastic arch liner on the inside of the wing/fender? Does the tyre rub the actual metalwork of the wing/fender ? If not, then spacers should work, but I don't know what size you would need, but I would think at least 15mm?
Tyre rubs the plastic the plastic arch liner on the inside of the wing (the side of the chassis). if I will take off the plastic arch liner - I guess that it will rub the chassis.
I already have 20mm spacer.

I think then the problem is the size of tired and being lowered together. You would be ok with a smaller profile tyre and lowered or that tyres and standard height, but being lowered and that size tyre is causing the problems
