Help with blue tooth TPK music?

Hi, I'm Hoping that someone can help me with identifying the leads in the glove box, and if by using the one with the usb end is the correct one to update the VW parrot and how I go about it? I have only had the car a couple of weeks and the blue tooth has stopped working and comes up with the following message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Those first 2 leads are for the multi device interface USB & old apple devices they should fit a socket in the glovebox

They nothing to do with the bury/vw Bluetooth you may be out of luck unless your vw dealer is helpful it seems you cant get software for it

Thanks for the quick response daydotz, I found the update online, and I was hoping that the lead with the USB end could be used to update the blue tooth, so it now look's like I will have to buy an update adapter, I've been told its an 000051905 lead, and then remove the radio to fit it?

Your local VW retailer should have a memory stick with update on which plugs into the phone control unit that will fix that issue
